1. Listen
Think of your little girl as a mini adult with all kinds of ideas about how she would like her room to be. So stop and listen! It's her room so let her play an important role in the decorating.

2. Recycle
There will be all kinds of items already in the room that can be recycled. Give the existing furniture a coat of paint, perhaps add some new knobs. Reframe the existing posters or art work. Buy a new duvet cover for the existing duvet. If you already have a mirror in the room why not buy some good adhesive, visit the craft store pickup some shells and have fun adding the shells. What a fun project for you and your daughter.
