Guide to Regency Chrome Mirrors - 2
...After all, I was talking about a single mirror, not something difficult. I started by calling all of the local salvage yards in my local area. I was astounded to find that not one of them had the part I was wanting. However, I did talk to one salvage yard that offered to put me on a waiting list. I said no thank you and then spent the next few hours contemplating the total morbidity of going on a waiting list for a salvage car part. I had images of "dirty" salvage yards actually causing people to wreck so they could get my mirror and for some reason, the thought disturbed me. Why would they want to make a waiting list for car parts? We may never know. Of course, I did find my part, but it took me spending a lot more money and time than I want to admit. I didn't know shipping on one item could be so expensive. Regency chrome mirrors sure are not the easiest thing to find; they sure are expensive. In hindsight, I am still disturbed by a salvage yard waiting list. As you can see, not all mirror brands are the same. You will find that many of them are different in quality as well as appearance, and you should know the difference. Take the information with you just you read about regency chrome mirrors, and use it when you are mirror shopping.
